COMMUNITY ACTION PLANNING COUNCIL OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, INC.
The Family Advocate at COMMUNITY ACTION PLANNING COUNCIL OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, INC. serves a caseload of Head Start families in North Jeff, conducting home visits and connecting families with health and family services. The role includes enrollment activities, health intake, and monthly Parent Committee facilitation, with rigorous documentation and reporting requirements.
