PC/LAN ANALYST 2

Job Description This position will involve daily high volume imaging of desktop and laptop computers in a fast paced environment involving order requests from Retail One Touch + Enterprise hardware refresh across the enterprise. Duties will include but not limited to boxing/un-boxing of computers to prepare for imaging and shipping on a daily basis. Following established procedures to ensure order requests are being fulfilled accurately to include installing RAM, Hard drives, video cards, encryption software, etc. when requested as well as maintaining a high level of awareness with regards to security and quality control. Strong PC skills (hardware and software), Windows 7, including Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer. Experience with imaging and troubleshooting machines. Strong attention to detail is a must. Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow processes and ask questions when process can't be followed.
