Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary The Part Time Brand Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service and personalized styling to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. This in-store role focuses on clienteling, product knowledge, and leveraging digital tools to enhance outreach and customer experience. The position supports store visual standards, team initiatives, and offers a pathway to future management opportunities. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized styling recommendations. Build and maintain client relationships through outreach and CRM tools such as Polo connect. Drive sales performance and meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.). Coach and support Brand Ambassadors to promote customer‑centric behaviors and team success. Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives. Balance tasks across sales floor, stock areas, and cashwrap while prioritizing the customer experience. Support hiring and talent sourcing efforts as needed. Requirements Sales experience in a specialty, high‑volume, or high‑profile retail environment preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor and work around stock and dressing rooms; ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to operate the register/POS and use digital clienteling tools. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Ability to collaborate with colleagues and follow store policies to support a positive team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
