What You'll Do

• Create and maintain medical records, files, logs, and related documents with accuracy and confidentiality
• Organize, sort, label, file, and retrieve records efficiently in accordance with policies
• Maintain inventory of clinic supplies and prepare reports as needed
• Monitor outside referrals and coordinate transfer of medical records
• Assist in preparing routine medical and dental reports
• Read and interpret medical instructions, policies, regulations, and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with record-keeping procedures and confidentiality standards

What You Need

• Prior experience with medical records or clerical support preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend medical instructions and documents
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of confidentiality and records security protocols
• Work authorization (US citizenship required for ICE clearance)

About the Assignment

This role involves supporting the medical records management in a busy clinical environment.
