Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Monitor and manage patient vital signs during anesthesia. Collaborate with healthcare team members to create individualized anesthesia care plans. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the anesthesia process. Assist in the post-anesthesia recovery process. Document patient information and anesthesia care accurately. Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to anesthesia administration. Participate in continuous education and training to stay current on anesthesia best practices. Requirements: Valid CRNA certification and state licensure. Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
