Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of assembly/manufacturing operators while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

As a key member of our manufacturing team in our Lithia Springs distribution center, you will work closely across Warehouse, Shipping, and Quality teamss to drive performance, safety, and efficiency.

• 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
• Proven ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and foster team engagement
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand products, components, assembly processes, and manufacturing workflows
• Experience driving and meeting productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement
• Ability and willingness to stand or sit for extended periods of time at work
• Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height at work

• Provide daily floor leadership and production scheduling for manufacturing and assembly operations
• Develop, train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives
• Meet and exceed all safety and OSHA compliance requirements.  
• Ensure daily production targets are met to support daily and priority customer shipments
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Shipping, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on improving efficiency and reducing waste

• Build and retain a highly engaged, productive manufacturing team
• Achieve team retention, productivity, and performance goals
• Successfully complete daily and weekly audit requirements
• Improve capacity planning across facilities
• Drive Lean initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Create a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment
