Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1+ years of experience required
• Experience in LTC/SNF/TCU required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F
• Days per week: 5
• Occasional weekend coverage as needed
• Expected volume: 10-20 patients per day
• May float to other facilities

Location Highlights Park Rapids offers access to outdoor recreation and small-town convenience in north-central Minnesota.
