Our promise is to keep delivering the same award-winning service and value that our community has come to expect from our dealership group throughout the years.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily collision center operations, manage repair workflows and lead technician teams to ensure high quality standards Operations & Workflow: Manage day-to-day shop activities, coordinate repair pipelines from intake to completion, and assign tasks to technicians. Estimating & Insurance: Write accurate repair estimates, process insurance claims and supplements, and communicate with adjusters. Quality & Safety: Oversee quality control to meet manufacturer standards and maintain compliance with OSHA and safety rules. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor body shop staff while fostering a productive work environment. Customer Service: Deliver repair updates to customers and handle concerns professionally. Financial Management: Monitor parts ordering, track department profitability, and analyze performance metrics.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 3 to 5+ years of background in collision repair or prior experience as a body technician or shop manager. Ford brand or OEM certification experience is a strong plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency with estimating software (such as CCC) and shop management systems. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and customer communication abilities.
