Position: Warehouse Janitorial Team Leader
Location: Warners, Central New York

Your Responsibilities:
As the Warehouse Janitorial Team Leader, you will oversee cleaning operations and manage a team of custodial staff. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of janitoral workers.
- Ensuring all cleaning operations adhere to Cleantec's standards.
- Coordinating shift schedules and task assignments.
- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
- Providing training and support to staff.
Flexible Shifts:
We accommodate a variety of schedules, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
Competitive Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: Starting at $17.00 per hour, ranging between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. Your leadership deserves to be rewarded!

- High School Diploma/GED: A foundational educational background to support your success.
- Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to and from work sites without issue.
- Physical Capability: Must be able to withstand the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Pass Drug Test: A commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
