Our client, a leading organization in the woodworking and cabinetry industry, is seeking a Warehouse Paint Sprayer to join their team. As a Warehouse Paint Sprayer, you will be part of the finishing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $15.50

Shift: Monday-Friday 5AM-1:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM (some Saturdays/overtime!)

What's the Job?

• Apply solvent-based paints, stains, and other coating materials on wood components with precision and consistency
• Verify color match and ensure quality assurance of finished parts
• Maintain spray application of 3.5-4.0 wet mils on all parts to ensure a quality finish
• Adjust spraying equipment to ensure proper coating application
• Support safety and environmental protocols, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA regulations

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years' experience in a related field preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to understand work instructions and technical documents
• Physical ability to lift/move over 50 lbs and perform extended standing, walking, and stooping
