QA Engineer

Location: Mason, OH/ Woodland Hills, CA Work Mode: Onsite Responsibilities: Understand and articulate business and technical problems addressed by the product/AUT Break down complex requirements into clear, testable scenarios Define testing strategy, master test plan, and overall test schedule Drive testing across Component, Integration, UAT, and Production phases Set the direction and tone for quality delivery across multiple teams Identify test data needs and create mock/synthetic test data as required Requirements: Proficiency in at least one automation tool such as Selenium, Cucumber, IBM RFT, etc. Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (Data-Driven, Hybrid, Page Object Model) Hands-on scripting experience using Python or Core Java Experience in Vibe coding Working knowledge of Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy Experience in Agile/Scrum, test & defect lifecycle, and test management tools Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and perform under pressure A team player and effective communicator Transparent, self-driven, and quality-focused Comfortable leading testing strategy across large programs Strong Elevance Health System knowledge including: EDP, Member, Benefits, WGS, ISG, Spider, WPD, Accum ODS #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Solutions Services, LLC
