Assistant Program Manager - SIS

Acting in the role of Owner’s Agent, the Assistant Project Manager is responsible for the planning and on-site execution of projects from initiation through completion of construction by providing project leadership, communication, coordination, and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are met. The position requires business management acumen and strong leadership, organizational, time management, and client service skills. Responsibilities Act as Owner’s Agent to plan and manage projects from initiation through completion of construction. Provide project leadership, clear communication, coordination among stakeholders, and conflict resolution to achieve project goals. Lead on-site execution and monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specifications. Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a Project Management role managing commercial building sector projects with costs of at least $5 million. 3+ years experience working within a project team contributing to coordination, development, and/or tracking of RFIs, submittals, pay applications, document control, project reporting, cost events, schedule updates, and close-out activities. 2+ years working with a preconstruction team to plan projects for success (e.g., procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting, and costing). 5+ years of experience reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and associated technical specifications. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent, or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years relevant experience.
