Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in New York, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 37.5 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Radiology Department Nurse in New York, NY. This position involves providing safe, competent, and patient-centered care within a radiology setting. The Clinical Nurse will collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes, educate patients and families, and adhere to institutional standards related to radiology procedures and safety. Job Details: Schedule: 07:30 AM 04:00 PM; minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Required Qualifications: NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS, ACLS, 2 years of ambulatory and radiation safety experience; minimum 2 years RN experience; 1 year travel experience for travel positions (not required for Per Diem positions); EPIC experience highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Cardiac CT, Cardiology, Patient Monitoring, Radiology certifications. Additional Information: Performs duties in a radiology department, including patient monitoring, radiation safety, and assisting with imaging procedures. Coordinates patient throughput and documents clinical activities thoroughly and accurately in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Contributes to a collaborative and safety-focused environment, supporting continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
