Job Type: Contract Location: La Grange, Illinois Pay: Great Pay Responsibilities Provide short-term counseling and social-emotional support to students. Respond to crises, conduct risk assessments, and provide follow-up support. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to implement behavior interventions and strategies. Participate in IEP and MTSS/RTI processes as appropriate. Maintain records and documentation of services delivered. Communicate with families and connect them to appropriate community resources. Support a safe, inclusive school climate in line with District 105’s core values. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement. Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed practices, and crisis intervention. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse school community. Preferred LSW or LCSW credential. Familiarity with MTSS and restorative practices. Spanish/English bilingual ability.
