Chick-fil-A Eastpoint is looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our team immediately! This individual should have a passion for serving others and operating with excellence. As a Back of House Facilities Team Member, you will work closely with the Kitchen Leadership Team to take ownership of the day-to-day BOH operations, including routine restaurant equipment maintenance, inventory management, and other kitchen duties as assigned.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to open, work first-shift/day-shift (Availability ranging from 4:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.)
• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant
• Ensure food safety requirements are met and followed
• Assisting in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team
• Adhere and enforce all policies and procedures

Knowledge/Skills/Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age for this position
• Servant leader, team oriented, with a passion for people and world class service
• Well organized with excellent verbal, written, and electronic communications skills
• Skilled in Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
• Experience with restaurant equipment maintenance (preferred)
• Proficient in Spanish (required)

Work schedule:

• 8 hour shift
