As a Security Officer Full Time Access Coordination in Lebanon, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible to help deter incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and support security-related operations with integrity, teamwork, reliability, and care.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and maintain accurate access-control records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business location, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help identify unauthorized activity and support security-related operations.
• Assist with maintaining orderly access to corporate and research-focused facilities while following applicable confidentiality and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
