Trains team members and serve as a liaison between providers, team members and operations manager in daily operations. Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team members’ performance and development and ensures policy adherence.QualificationsAssociate's degree or equivalent in healthcare management or other related area Required.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in healthcare management or other related areas Preferred.Certified Medical Assistant Preferred.MI Practical Nurse Preferred.2 years of recent relevant supervisor experience in health care/medical practice Required.2 years of relevant experience in healthcare leadership, or relevant leadership experience informal or formal Preferred.
