Job Description

Will work in the psychiatry department to provide nursing care services, screenings and assessment, client, and staff education, and will support clients in connecting to other services as necessary to meet their medical needs. The Nurse Care Manager will be part of a multi-disciplinary team. A Certified care manager is preferred. Must have a valid State of Maine driver's license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.

Annual Salary - $72,800
