A-Level / Master Automotive Technician | $40+/hr | Advanced Diagnostics

Pay: Starting at $40.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Hometown Garage is hiring an experienced A-Level / Master Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Portland, CT , serving the greater Hartford area.

If you're an experienced technician who excels at advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, drivability concerns, and complex engine repairs, you'll have the opportunity to put your skills to work in a well-equipped, customer-focused repair shop with a consistent workflow and a professional team.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Strong experience with engine performance, electrical systems, drivability diagnostics, and complex mechanical repairs
ASE Certifications are a plus
Formal automotive training preferred
Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity and quality
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation

Work Location

This position is located in Portland, CT (greater Hartford area).

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Portland, CT each workday or be willing to relocate before their start date. Candidates who cannot meet this requirement will not be considered.
