License: ARRT and state license required.

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if required) must be through the American Heart Association.

Must-Have:

• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Trauma Level I experience is required.
• Experience with charting systems, specifically Cerner.
• Familiarity with various CT procedures and protocols.

Description: The CT Tech will start as soon as possible. The position requires a commitment of 3 days per week, working 12-hour shifts. Candidates should be within a 75-mile radius of the facility. Two years of experience is necessary for this role. Candidates must provide a comprehensive profile of work history. A specialty-specific skills checklist is required. References from a minimum of two managers or charge nurses within the past 2 years are necessary. Candidates must verify their license as part of the submission process. Documentation of COVID-19 vaccination status must be included. All required certifications must be provided in the application packet. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D rendering, various imaging techniques, and emergency protocols. Candidates should be prepared to work closely with interdisciplinary support teams. Experience with adult and pediatric care is essential. The unit handles a diverse patient demographic, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Familiarity with radiation safety procedures and the preparation of contrast media is required.
