This position is responsible for managing all company contacts with new and existing clients. The Project Executive may oversee a single large project or multiple projects. This position is responsible for generating business, negotiating contracts, estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervision of project staff.Project Executive Required Qualifications:10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.10+ years managing and developing successful teams.Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years prior relevant experience.Currently, the company is not considering applicants for this position who now or in the future require employment sponsorship by the company.Our Investment in You:We believe that benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most.
