Responsibilities The Alumus Corporate Paralegal role supports the Legal Department on a wide range of corporate, regulatory, transactional, governance, entity management, contract review, risk management, claims, litigation, and other related matters. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who is comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to serve clinical, operational, business, corporate and executive teams, in fast‑paced and heavily regulated healthcare sectors. Qualifications Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher‑level degree. 5+ years of legal services experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department in relevant area(s). Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Significant healthcare and/or commercial contract review experience. Experience in United States healthcare regulatory frameworks. Understanding of healthcare legal and regulatory compliance frameworks. Detail oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous time‑sensitive projects. Ability to appropriately manage privileged and confidential information. Team‑oriented collaborative approach to client service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, and legal management systems/processes, data and record keeping.
