Inventory Management Specialist

As an Inventory Management Specialist , you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store maintains optimal inventory control. Your expertise in managing inbound and outbound inventory processes will help create a well-stocked sales floor, enhancing the customer shopping experience and supporting our sales goals. You will oversee merchandise flow to the sales floor, ensuring accuracy in inventory for efficient replenishment, complete necessary documentation, and keep the stock room organized and clean. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and a selling culture. Accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing inventory. Verify that all merchandise deliveries meet Company standards for accuracy. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to ticketing and signage guidelines. Attach EAS tags to merchandise prior to sales floor display, following Loss Prevention guidelines. Input all freight information promptly through the required systems. Efficiently process RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, or markdowns in line with Company policies. Educate and coach the sales team on inventory processes that enhance the customer experience. Achieve productivity targets, focusing on units per hour (UPH). Maintain a well-organized stock room, compliant with all Company and State guidelines. Follow all applicable local, federal, and state laws, along with Company policies and practices. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Exhibit professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers, colleagues, corporate partners, and vendors. Qualifications Exceptional communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
