Store Sales Manager

Responsibilities Lead the store’s vision and company initiatives, driving sales performance goals and holding associates accountable for in‑store merchandising and customer experience. Oversee new hire onboarding, conduct one‑on‑one meetings, and develop comprehensive team “bio books” to track progress and opportunities. Manage workforce activities, including staffing schedules, punch reconciliation, and adherence to company policies and state regulations. Serve as a subject‑matter expert, providing technical and product knowledge to associates and customers, and identify skill gaps for development. Achieve or exceed individual store financial targets, ensuring proper execution of product merchandising, marketing, POP standards, and social media strategy. Maintain stock inventory levels, execute accurate stock reviews, and handle cash/payment processes in compliance with company procedures. Execute company initiatives, monitor competition, and develop strategies to maintain market relevance. Qualifications Prior retail or store management experience with a strong sales record. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company brand internally and externally. Ability to stand or sit for 8+ hours and lift, push or pull at least 50 pounds. Proficiency in interpreting company reporting to make staffing and operational decisions. Strong organizational and coaching abilities to develop a motivated team. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay range: $56,000 to $86,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
