Vocational Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Vocational Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver in Bellevue, NE.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life.
- Support DSPs along with working side by side with them as they assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills residentially and in community settings.
Hours:
- Full-time Monday through Friday from 8a-4p. Ability to work flexible hours is preferred as Lead DSPs will need to come in earlier and stay later certain days (approximately 1 hour early or stay 1 hour later).

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Must be able to pass all background checks.
- Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred.
Pay:
- Starting pay is $18/hour. Pay range is $18-$20 per hour. We pay more for experience and if you have a CNA license. Incentives also available.
