Job Summary The Cashier Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the cashier team and supporting smooth, efficient front-end operations. This role includes leading, training, and supporting cashiers, ensuring accurate transactions, maintaining high customer service standards, and addressing register-related issues. The Cashier Team Leader works closely with store management to support team performance, achieve store goals, and provide a positive shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities
Job Type: Full-Time Training/Interview Location : 32015 S Pacific Hwy, Federal Way, WA 98003
- Supervise and support cashiers to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient checkout operations.
- Assist with complex customer transactions, including refunds, voids, exchanges, and payment discrepancies.
- Ensure cashiers follow store policies and procedures related to transactions, returns, exchanges, and promotional discounts.
- Address and resolve customer questions, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Travel to and work at other store locations as needed.
- Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 30 lbs. as needed.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in handling cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems with accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and effectively lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must have open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
