Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a growing pharmacy team in Athens, Ohio, as a Pharmacy Technician with a focus on expanding into sterile IV compounding. No prior compounding experience is necessary, as comprehensive hands-on training will be provided to the motivated, detail-oriented candidate ready to develop new skills.

Location: Athens, Ohio

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, data entry, and order fulfillment
• Receive training and support in non-sterile and sterile compounding, including IV preparation
• Accurately fill, label, and package prescriptions for mail distribution
• Ensure compliance with USP standards and pharmacy regulations
• Maintain inventory and support cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Help coordinate shipping and workflow to meet operational demands

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Active Pharmacy Technician license where required
• Willingness to learn sterile compounding and IV preparation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
