About the Role:

David Rosario is looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Present and sell insurance policies including auto, home, life, and commercial lines
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and renewals
• Follow up on quotes, applications, and policy inquiries in a timely manner
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and state insurance regulations

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
