Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP-CCC certification
• Proven school-based experience as an SLP
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with experience conducting bilingual assessments
• Strong ability to provide direct therapy and engage in IEP meetings, including interpretation
• Familiarity with healthcare policies in educational settings
• Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms; remote/VOCO applicants are encouraged

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K–3, addressing a wide range of communication needs
• Conduct bilingual evaluations, ensuring both English and Spanish-speaking students’ needs are met
• Participate in IEP meetings K–5, providing accurate Spanish interpretation and comprehensive input to support team decisions
• Document and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district policies
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to implement student-centered therapy goals
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt strategies to diverse learning profiles
