JOB SUMMARY

As a Restaurant General Manager at Mitra QSR, you will be trusted with overseeing three key areas of our business: Our Employees : You will oversee day-to-day operations, nurture, grow, and retain your team, and build a culture of excellent customer service Our Customers : Your team will take pride in delivering great food with a smile, served quickly in a clean restaurant. As a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), speed and quality are our priorities Our Restaurants : Maintain high standards for cleanliness, equipment, and overall operations to ensure a safe and efficient environment

REQUIREMENTS
