Work Location / Schedule Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week Daily open availability across a full 7‑day work week Able to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required) Sales Associate As a Sales Associate you will execute all efforts required to achieve individual sales goals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand’s values. Responsibilities Consistently meet and exceed sales goals. Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement. Contribute to an in‑store experience that both surprises and delights customers. Deliver and foster an excellent client experience through a customer‑first mindset. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying brand values and educating customers on sustainability. Maintain high customer experience feedback and NPS scores. Ensure consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store. Participate in loss prevention activities. Uphold time and attendance policy. Maintain the sales floor in line with brand and concept standards. Share product knowledge with enthusiasm. Communicate product feedback to improve merchandising. Help create an inspiring store environment with accessible products. Understand and reflect core Reformation values and culture. Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment. Qualifications Experience in sales or retail, or an operationally intensive business. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with diverse personalities. Self‑motivated and driven to take on new challenges. FT Associate Additions Lead among peers, consistently delivering top results in sales, customer experience, and clienteling. Serve as an expert resource, providing brand and customer insights and supporting peers. Compensation The anticipated base hourly range is $16 – $25 , dependent on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total rewards include benefits, perks, and growth opportunities.
