Leasing Agent

Responsibilities Provide current and prospective residents with excellent customer service to retain residents and lease properties. Identify, engage, and advance each prospect and follow up until an appointment is set, a home within the portfolio is found, or the prospect decides not to move. Display a high level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts. Handle incoming sales inquiries by phone, email, and online chat. Provide information regarding specific communities as well as services offered with the goal of generating leases for the sites. Log all activity into company-provided databases (Pivotal/PCIC, One Site, Interactive Pricing Application) in a timely and accurate manner. Accurately communicate the benefits and features of the property portfolio. Stay up to date with all promotions and leasing incentives. Provide accurate information to residents and prospects in a courteous manner and fulfill all reasonable requests or requirements.
