As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member you will take full ownership of nurturing and expanding our established client base, driving your own success through proactive outreach and dedicated appointment setting. You will utilize system events, such as premium decreases and policy adjustments, to hold meaningful conversations with our families, ensuring they are fully protected while seamlessly pivoting to comprehensive product solutions. The Details:

Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 Annually (Hourly base + commission + bonus)

Benefits: Health Benefits, Life, 401(k), Paid Time Off

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, In-Office Only

Requirements: 2+ years of State Farm experience along with Active Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses required prior to start. A culture rooted in professional autonomy and high trust.
