Client Overview Our client is a leading global organization committed to innovative solutions in the retail and apparel industry, dedicated to maintaining strong compliance and security standards across its operations. They are looking to add a Project Manager to their team. Salary / Hourly Rate $57/hr - $64/hr Position Overview Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead an initiative redesigning Firefighter access management and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing project timelines, and delivering key outcomes impacting IT, security, finance, and audit functions. Responsibilities of the Project Manager Lead and coordinate project activities related to Firefighter access redesign and SOX compliance. Collaborate with Security, IT, Audit, and Finance teams to ensure project goals are met. Manage project schedules, deliverables, and documentation. Support testing, training, and rollout activities. Maintain audit‑ready documentation and status reports. Required Experience/Skills for the Project Manager 3 to 5+ years of project management or coordination experience. Understanding of IT, audit, and compliance principles, including SOX controls. Familiarity with IT access management and security policies. Experience with spreadsheets, project trackers, and reporting tools. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Project Manager Experience with SAP GRC or SAP Firefighter. Knowledge of SOX audits and IT control testing. Background in privileged access management or user access reviews. Certifications such as PMP or CISA (preferred but not mandatory). Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
