Financial Planning Specialist

To elevate the technical planning acumen of our advisor community, the full-time hybrid Financial Planning Specialist will translate client goals into actionable planning strategies, integrating protection, income, and accumulation concepts into cohesive recommendations. Key responsibilities Translate advisor-submitted client data into structured planning proposals addressing various client objectives Design clear, modular planning recommendations that connect asset management, annuities, and life insurance to broader financial plans Guide advisors through technical questions related to planning logic, case design, and suitability considerations Required qualifications Deep knowledge of insurance products, especially annuities 1-2 years of experience in financial planning or paraplanning Ability to independently translate ideas into actionable plans Customer-centric approach with a focus on creating exceptional experiences Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in a startup environment
