- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Support residents' comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Track food and fluid intake/output as needed
- Follow dietary guidelines, preferences, and restrictions
- Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans
- Current CNA certification (Idaho)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately
- Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality care
- Willingness to learn and follow state and federal long-term care regulations
