Talent Acquisition Manager

Assisting Hands of Collegeville is hiring a part-time, hybrid Talent Acquisition Manager in Collegeville, PA. This role supports a fast-moving caregiver recruiting process with an emphasis on compliance, speed, and measurable hiring and retention outcomes. If you enjoy building caregiver pipelines and using technology to improve communication and turnaround time, this position gives you clear performance targets and a structured way to make an impact. Compensation: $25 per hour (with a performance-based bonus opportunity). Schedule: part-time. Work model: hybrid, combining remote work with time in the Collegeville, PA office. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for HHAs, CNAs, caregivers, and companions , from sourcing through onboarding and early retention Maintain and optimize recruiting campaigns on Indeed and other sourcing platforms Respond to new applicants quickly using phone, text, automated messaging, and scheduling tools Conduct structured phone, virtual, and in-person interviews Deliver a warm, professional candidate experience that differentiates Assisting Hands from other employers Extend conditional offers and move qualified candidates efficiently through onboarding Keep a consistent flow of applicants through interviews, hires, and caregiver starts Coordinate recruiting priorities with current and anticipated client staffing needs Track recruiting metrics, including applications, interviews, offers, starts, time-to-fill, and retention Ensure onboarding materials meet Pennsylvania home care requirements, including background checks, health screenings, credentials, and caregiver files Maintain accurate candidate data across recruiting, HR/payroll, and scheduling systems Partner with operations, scheduling, and caregiver management to improve new-hire success and retention Use AI and automation tools to improve recruiting speed, efficiency, and candidate communication Performance Expectations Build toward 5 qualified caregiver starts per week Maintain approximately 16–18 completed interviews per week Respond to new applicants quickly and consistently Achieve an average application-to-placement time of 7 days or less Maintain 100% compliant caregiver onboarding files Support 75%+ 90-day caregiver retention Maintain a strong caregiver pipeline that supports agency growth Requirements 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, healthcare staffing, or high-volume hiring experience Strong phone interviewing skills and ability to build candidate relationships Proven capability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience using an ATS or recruiting platform Strong organization, follow-up habits, and time management Comfort with technology, automated communication, and AI-enabled recruiting tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Results-oriented mindset with accountability for recruiting KPIs Technologies You’ll Use Indeed ATS AI and automation tools Automated messaging Scheduling tools Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Preferred Recruiting experience in home care, home health, healthcare staffing, senior care, or a related field Experience recruiting HHAs, CNAs, caregivers, or direct-care professionals Knowledge of Pennsylvania home care hiring and credentialing requirements Experience with platforms such as Augusta , CareerPlug , AxisCare , Viventium , or Caribou Who Thrives Here Fast, responsive, and highly accountable Warm, personable, and comfortable connecting with candidates Persistent and confident on the phone Motivated by measurable goals and performance incentives Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment Interested in using technology and AI to improve recruiting effectiveness Able to balance speed, candidate quality, compliance, and retention #J-18808-Ljbffr Assisting Hands of Collegeville
