This role supports the 24/7 operational needs of Caesars New Orleans and plays a critical part in keeping our laundry services running smoothly for hotel and casino operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, mechanically skilled, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours./ph3How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h3ulliPerform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironers, folders, conveyors, and boilers./liliDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to laundry systems and resolve them in a timely manner./liliRespond to emergency breakdowns during the grave shift to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity./liliMaintain accurate logs of repairs, parts used, and equipment performance./liliEnsure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies./liliCollaborate with the Facilities and Laundry leadership teams to identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions./liliAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and calibration as needed./liliMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment./liliSupport cross-departmental teamwork and uphold Caesars service culture./li/ulh3What You Will Need/h3ulliMinimum 23 years of experience as a mechanic, technician, or maintenance specialist (laundry equipment experience strongly preferred)./liliStrong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, pneumatics, and hydraulics./liliAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams./liliExperience with commercial laundry equipment brands (e.g., Milnor, Chicago Dryer, Braun) is a plus./liliAbility to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours./liliStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure./liliMust be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in hot or confined spaces as needed./liliMust be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications./li/ulpGAMING PERMIT: N/A/ph3About Us/h3pCaesars New Orleans Casino Hotel earned recognition as a City Business Best Places to Work honoree and was named #1 Large Employer in the New Orleans area by the Times-Picayune Top Workplaces program.
