Night Shift Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor

Pay Rate $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Schedule Night Shift (Full-Time) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our janitorial teams. We need a hands‑on leader who understands the high standards of the commercial cleaning industry and can ensure our clients' facilities are maintained to perfection. Key Responsibilities Supervise and train cleaning staff on nightly janitorial tasks and equipment use. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all cleaning scopes are met. Manage cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure the team has what they need. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and proper chemical handling. Bridge communication between English and Spanish‑speaking team members. Responsible for sign‑in sheets to make sure they are signed and delivered to office. Requirements Industry Experience: Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is required. Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish. Leadership: Previous experience managing teams in a fast‑paced environment. Availability: Must be reliable and available for the duration of the night shift.
