Job Details Full-time: Monday‑Friday; shifts start at 6:00 am. Options: 5/8‑hour or 4/10‑hour shifts. Limited 3/12‑hour shifts available with verified orthopaedic experience based on manager discretion. Call required. Bonus: up to $6,000 Department: Ortho Surgery What You’ll Do Facilitate the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures. Prepare the operating suite with sterile drapes, sterile solutions, and appropriate sterile and non‑sterile instruments and supplies. Hand required or requested instruments and supplies to the surgeon during surgery. Assist with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients. Maintain instruments in an organized manner and monitor or track instrument counts throughout procedures. What You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Education High school diploma equivalency and completion of a surgical technologist program with a clinical component or a minimum of 4 years of applicable cumulative, job‑specific experience required. Associate’s degree or technical degree preferred. Additional Preferences No additional preferences.
