Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as performing property cleanups, planting, weeding, edging, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
- Conduct tree care duties, including pruning, tree trimming, and removal as needed.
- Extend downspouts and bury drainage systems.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment daily.
- Engage in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs.
Required Skills:
- Experience in landscape installation
- Knowledge of irrigation systems
- Ability to perform quality control inspections
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Basic carpentry skills
- Laying Sod
- Transplanting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with concrete work
- Knowledge of horticulture and gardening
- Ability to operate snow removal equipment
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $36,000.00
Maximum Salary: $48,000.00
Benefits: 401(k) and Paid Time Off
