VP, JavaScript Front-End Engineer

Salary: $21,000 - 38,500 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced certifications in front-end development or adjacent technologies are considered a plus.
  • Typically 5-9 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript front-end programming languages and frameworks is required and non-negotiable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation of resilient front-end applications using expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and back-end engineers, to deliver integrated and innovative digital solutions.
  • Maintain code quality and long-term supportability through code reviews, testing, and documentation best practices.
  • Support ongoing improvement efforts within the Front-End Development team by keeping current with industry trends and emerging technologies, with particular attention to Angular advancements.
  • Coach and mentor junior developers while encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Ensure all projects align with our strategic objectives and comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
