Our Successful agents are great at:

• Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, and lead databases.
• Setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers
• Presenting and explaining our products and services using a consultative approach, based on a true understanding of clients’ needs and goals.
• Agents Earn a base + Bonus
• High volume number Leads and customers to speak with with leads closing as high as 50-70 %

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Calling, presenting and selling GEICO Insurance products and services. ( NO COLD calling or Lead purchasing Required)
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Develop? ongoing networking relationships with Auto Dealers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Property Casualty Insurancelicense is required OR Personal Lines
• Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
• Willingness to learn and be coach-able
• A great self-starter
• Intermediate computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various Windows applications
• Must Have Insurance Licenses
• Work some weekends Office Events
• Highly Proficient in Phone etiquette and dialing large volumes
