Registered Respiratory Therapist - Branch Manager

Location: Elmsford, New York | 5 Westchester Plaza Suite 136, Elmsford, NY 10523 PromptCare is a leading provider of in-home respiratory, infusion, and specialty pharmaceutical therapies. They are actively seeking a Branch Manager for their office in Elmsford, NY! Position : Respiratory Therapist - Branch Manager The Branch Manager ensures the provision of safe, effective respiratory service and products to patients at home including therapeutics, diagnostics, and respiratory equipment. Field-based, hands-on respiratory therapist/leadership position that requires a candidate with the drive and skill to be an excellent clinician, patient advocate, and positive representative of PromptCare. This responsibility extends to a 24-hour basis in coordination with the department Director. It also extends to a 24-hour / 7-day basis in accordance with the nature of care which PromptCare provides. Candidates must have the following: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory School Current RCP state licensure in the state inquiring of employment and in good standing Willing to get cross-licensed in other states as determined by the Regional Director of Respiratory Operations, at the company’s expense Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance in good standing At least 5 years’ experience as a working Respiratory Therapist is required. Experience in the home setting is highly desirable Desire and skill to manage a team of Respiratory Therapists. Previous experience managing RTs in the field is highly desirable CRTT or RRT certification is required Salary: Starting pay $105,000 Bonus Program - Quarterly Metrics based on management goals, revenue, and new clients (a shared responsibility with the Sales Team) Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5pm (office hours) | may work outside of those hours "as needed" On-call is an EVERY 4th week rotation (for the whole week) | beeper pay received for being on call for 7-day stretch Travel: Company Vehicle Provided, if needed Will be reimbursed for other expenses If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please apply or send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io.
