Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for accurately storing products, preparing customer orders, processing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Accurately store and organize products within the warehouse. Prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures. Label and meter packages using various freight and shipping systems. Process shipping orders using an ERP system . Verify shipment information for accuracy and completeness. Prepare materials and complete daily activities to support upcoming shipping operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow applicable quality, safety, and regulatory procedures. Support quality management and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written procedures and shipping instructions. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Work Requirements Must be able to work onsite in Roseville, MN. Must follow all warehouse safety requirements. Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required. Must maintain professional and appropriate workplace attire. Ability to perform repetitive warehouse and shipping activities.Ability to meet daily shipping deadlines and productivity requirements.
