Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our expanding Primary Care team in the scenic city of Reno, Nevada. Overview

Employment Type: Full-time, employed position

Schedule Flexibility: Options for either 4-10 hour shifts or 5-8 hour shifts based on your preferences

Call: Minimal and easily manageable (99% outpatient)

Patient Volume: Steady outpatient panel with opportunities for growth

Location: New Primary Care facility in Reno, Nevada

Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine within a supportive team of 2 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with plans for expansion

Support/Care Team: Committed Medical Assistants, front office personnel, and schedulers

Technology: Utilizing Cerner with AI Scribe capabilities to enhance documentation efficiency

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care to patients across all age groups
• Work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, and support teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Oversee daily clinical responsibilities in a modern and efficient outpatient setting
• Employ Cerner for documentation, aided by AI Scribe technology

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Board Certification required upon commencement)
• Possession of an active or the ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Nevada
• New graduates as well as seasoned physicians are encouraged to apply
