Title: Subs Up To-Go- Sub Maker

Hourly plus tips!

About: Small, friendly beachside deli serving made-to-order subs, salads, and wings to locals and tourists. Great for energetic people who enjoy working at the beach and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh made-to-order subs to recipe and customer requests at a walk-up window
• Slice meats/cheeses, portion toppings, toast/grill when needed
• Take orders, handle cash/phone/POS transactions, and serve quickly during peak rushes
• Keep service window, prep area, and outdoor service line clean and stocked
• Follow food safety, temperature, and allergen procedures; rotate inventory
• Assist with opening/closing, restocking, and basic food prep for the next shift

Qualifications:

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude; comfortable working outdoors and in a high-traffic setting
• Quick learner, able to work efficiently during busy periods
• Food-service experience preferred but not required — training provided
• Basic cash-handling and POS experience helpful
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work weekends/holidays
• ServSafe or local food handler card preferred (or obtain within hire period)

Schedule:

• Seasonal peak (Memorial Day–Labor Day) with daily shifts; option for year-round work depending on demand
• Early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends required; flexible scheduling available
