Client Service Representative – Staffing & Recruiting

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-oriented  Client Service Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in recruiting and human resources.

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a key role in identifying qualified candidates, guiding them through the hiring process, and supporting our clients by ensuring positions are filled with dependable employees.

Primary Responsibilities

• Source, call, and screen applicants for a variety of positions.
• Conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
• Process new applicants through the onboarding and hiring process.
• Review employment history, qualifications, and job fit.
• Complete reference checks and employment verifications as needed.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and databases.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with new hire paperwork, onboarding, and employment documentation.
• Respond to applicant inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Support recruiters and management with recruiting and administrative projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, employees, and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred.
• Human Resources experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with applicants by phone throughout the day.
• Ability to evaluate candidates and make sound hiring recommendations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn staffing software quickly.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidential information.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
