Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support skill development and meaningful behavior change. Key Responsibilities Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and maintain accurate, timely data on client progress Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills Implement behavior intervention and reduction strategies as directed Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner Qualifications Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field Prior experience in ABA therapy, early intervention, or behavioral health Work Settings Clinic-based services in Silver Spring, MD In-home services throughout Maryland and Washington, DC School-based placements based on availability Why Join BES A supportive, team-oriented work environment Ongoing training and supervision from experienced BCBAs Opportunities for career growth and advancement in ABA Flexible scheduling options, including evening hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Behavioral & Educational Solutions, PC
