Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a talented team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability goals Ensure high-quality, consistent food preparation and excellent customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members to build a productive workforce Manage labor scheduling, food ordering, and cost control with integrity Implement local marketing events and in-store promotions to boost sales Qualifications & Skills Strong management, team building, and communication skills Ability to supervise multiple employees and motivate them to meet goals Basic math skills and knowledge of profit and loss analysis Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to meet background verification standards Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds and standing for long periods Compliance with state and federal labor laws, OSHA, and EEOC requirements Work Schedule & Environment Full-time role with approximately 45-50 hours per week Weekend, holiday, day, night shifts, and on-call availability required On-site position in a safe, supportive, and enjoyable atmosphere Benefits & Perks Paid time off and paid training to support your growth Health and dental insurance for your well-being Employee discounts on delicious Little Caesars products Bonus pay opportunities based on performance Location: Store #3565-0005 5442 Division Ave S, Kentwood, MI 49548, USA Hello!
